Of course! Our avatars are highly optimized and some of the best on the market. Here’s how it works!
How do I move with the avatar?
This depends on the device you use to access the platform. You can click your mouse on the screen to where you want the avatar to go, or use the arrow keys on your keyboard. You also have the option to use AWSD or a combination of all! For mobile devices and tablets, you have a joypad in the lower left corner of your screen that you can use.
How many users can access simultaneously?
Up to 1000 in the same room, 2000 in the same scene (cloned rooms), and up to 2400 in your own whole world.
Do I have to download the app?
We can provide users the option to access via browser using Cloud Gaming Technology without needing to download anything. But, we recommend using the native app for the best experience.
How does real-time communication work?
We use our own 3D technology to offer each user a quality experience. The voice-over IP technology works like a walkie-talkie and the audio is spatial. So the whole experience of talking and listening is just like in real life. All you need is a headset with a microphone to communicate in the virtual world.
What type of connection do I need?
Recommended connection specifications:
- 3 Mbits download speed for normal users
- At least 20 Mbits download speed for speakers who want to share their screen or webcam with the audience.
HOW CAN I ENTER THE METAVERSE? FROM WHICH DEVICES? SERVERS?
Via a URL we can provide or by downloading from your app store by searching Virtway Events. For mobile devices, we recommend iPhone 5 or newer and Android 5.0 or newer. For PC and Mac users, there is no requirement. We use AWS to host the technology.
Can I test Virtway Events with my own avatar?
Of course. We recommend signing up for one of our demos to see the full potential. Just fill out the contact form on the home page and you will receive a personal invitation for a demo with someone from our sales team.
Do you have integrated event analytics and metrics?
Yes, we use our own technology to track all user interactions. You can track participation and get detailed information like scenes visited, content interactions, VOIP usage, etc. Additionally, we have metrics for individual stands as well.
Does it work on mobile devices?
Yes, the Virtway Events app works on mobile devices, tablets, and desktop computers.
Can I create customized clothing for my avatar?
Yes, but it is a process that takes time because our avatars are highly optimized on all devices. It is important to submit an order well enough in advance for it to be finished before your event. We can add logos or text on top of already created clothing or you can request clothing or accessories made from scratch.
Do I need VR headsets to access the Virtway Events platform?
No, with a mobile device, tablet, PC or MAC, you can download the app and enter our 3D virtual world directly.
Can I do the user registration from my own website?
Yes, we can provide you with an API for it to be a single record.
How easy will it be to pass my company's security audit?
We meet most, if not all, security requirements with built-in proxies and firewalls. We are GDPR compliant.
In which languages is the platform available?
The platform’s user interface is available in English, Spanish, French, and Italian.
How much does it cost to hold an event?

How much does it cost to have my own virtual world?
To have access to your own private virtual world on a regular basis, you only have to sign up for the subscription plans that best suits your needs.
Does it work in Linux OS devices?
No, Linux is the only Operative System where the platform does not work.
Can I customize the virtual world to my own liking?
Yes. The degree of personalization is quite high thanks to our web content manager. There is always a structure that is necessary for us to manage, in order to prevent performance issues, but different types of content, screens, stands, images, etc. can be customized to your liking with content.
